CDBG Public Meeting - Annual Action Plan

Each year Madison County receives Federal funds from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for community improvements. HUD’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding is to provide decent housing, a suitable living environment, and expanded economic opportunities primarily for low-and moderate-income individuals.

Please join Chris Kalter, CDBG Coordinator for Madison County on Monday, July 15th at 6pm for light refreshments, hear about the upcoming projects, and provide your thoughts and feedback on future projects.

Although comments are accepted year-round, if you would like your comments included in Madison County’s report to HUD, please submit your thoughts by 4PM on July 31, 2024.
