If you are a long-time comics lover or just discovering the wonderful world of comic books and graphic novels, the Cozy Comics Club is for you.

Registered yoga teacher Julie Hamilton will lead the class using modifications of many common yoga poses. Perfect for seniors and for others with disabilities or challenges such as chronic illness, pain, or stiffness.
