Registered yoga teacher Julie Hamilton will lead the class using modifications of many common yoga poses. Perfect for seniors and for others with disabilities or challenges such as chronic illness, pain, or stiffness.

Mark Knott, from the Metro East Recovery Council, will be discussing the stigma of substance abuse disorder and how to deal with this sensitive and personal issue in a non-judgmental manner.
